An 18-year-old white supremacist went to a grocery market in an African American neighborhood in Buffalo, New York, on Saturday with an assault rifle and full body armor and – in less than two minutes – murdered 10 people and wounded three.
According to police officials, the white supremacist murderer had planned to carry out further killings at other locations. He was allowed to surrender when talked down by police.
